Staff Report : Upazila Women Affairs Department has celebrated International Women's Torture Rescue Party and Begum Rokeya Day at Nalitabari Upazila of Sherpur district. On the occasion of the celebration of the day, on Sunday 9 December, the rally was held with the participation of women and after the success of various works in the Upazila Parishad conference room, 5 women were given a congratulatory conclave. Upazila Woman Affairs Officer Sajeda Arefin chaired the discussion as the chief guest while the Vice Chairman Asmat Ara Asma spoke as the chief guest. Assistant Commissioner Land and Executive Magistrate Lubna Sharmin, Press Club President MA Hakam Hira, Jobaida Khatun, Kohinur Ruma, Joyita Woman Manjuara Mahfuz spoke as other guests.
